Resources for Use with Sexhercise™
Sexhercise™ is designed to do in the comfort of your home. You will not need fancy or expensive equipment, but a few simple items I show here and in my book help to make your Sexhercise™ more comfortable and effective.

Sexhercise™ uses many of the same Yoga and Pilates Accessories you may already have available. If you are new to this type of exercise you can find these items easily.
To make it simple for you I’ve located online sources for all the accessories you see pictured on this site and in my book and, of course, the dog is optional.
